WPAC convened a multi-stakeholder Working Group in 2024–2025 to reduce fires and explosions associated with rotary drum dryers. 

This report consolidates lessons from Working Group meetings, incident reviews, and bowtie diagrams developed for the Vanderhoof and Pacific BioEnergy facilities into clear expectations for safer, auditable operation.
